Air Dry Clay Leaf Gift Tags DIY
These DIY Air Dry Clay Leaf Gift Tags are perfect for making any gift feel that little bit more special. Plus they’re a super easy DIY that anyone can do - just follow the instructions below!
What you’ll need:
Rolling pin
Stick for making a hole
Glass board
Bowl of water
Sandpaper
Method:
Roll out some of your Air Dry Clay until it’s a few mm thick on your glass board.
Use your cookie cutters to cut your leaf shapes.
Remove excess clay.
Using a bit of water on your finger, smooth out any rough edges on the leaves.
Using your stick, pierce a hole in the end of each leaf.
Leave for 24 hour to dry, ensuring you turn occasionally.
Once dry you can use your sandpaper to gently file any leftover rough edges.
Your tags are now ready to add to your gifts!
I paired my tags with some simple brown kraft paper and a combo of black and gold ribbon to add a little touch of luxury! These would make the perfect gift wrap for any autumn birthday, thanksgiving celebration or even Christmas!
I just really love the extra something they add to a gift. For me receiving a gift is about the whole experience, so going that extra mile to add that extra special touch makes all the difference! Do you love it when a gift has extra special gift wrapping?! Let me know in the comments!
